The First "Noel" of the Season

I thought I was done buying Christmas kits this year (and possibly for the next several years until I get tired of the stuff I have) but then I had to get a glimpse of the new December kit at Songbird Avenue.  Gah! 

 

Now, how can I pass this up?  It’s just gorgeous!  And it’s got all those traditional themes and colors I love, and I’ve been looking for a cool poinsettia, and there’s glitter, and there’s stamps, and that really cute modern-looking, stick-figure Christmas Tree… Argh!  I’m not doing a very good job of talking myself out of this, am I?

Well, for me it’s just going to have to come down to whether or not I have enough in my PayPal because I’m saving every dime I can for gifts so I don’t have to use credit this year.  We did it that way last year and it feels so wonderful to not have the looming bills hanging over everything and making me worry instead of enjoying the season.

But I really want this kit…
