Well, it’s begun.  The first challenge was issued by Digital Scrapbooking Classes and the second challenge was issued two days later. For the first, I’m to do an “About Me” page that isn’t really about me but about my favorite person or animal to scrap.  I can’t honestly choose a favorite person (I don’t often scrap about my pets, so that isn’t even part of the equation) because I love scrapping about my kids equally.  I really like scrapping about their quirks and about the wonderful places they’re discovering as we live in Europe.  I love scrapping about how they make me feel and about how they drive me nuts sometimes.  Every time I work on a layout about one of them, the ideas for layouts about the others just pour forth.  So, I’ll probably be breaking the rules right out of the starting-gate when I scrap a page about my kids - plural.

Then, the second challenge came from TheDigiChick and it’s a collaborative challenge.  Jen and I will each have to complete one half of a layout and combine our halves into one.  I’m not giving away any secrets here, but I think we’ve got a good idea.  Stay tuned!
