We are committed to your privacy. Information is only collected through voluntary submission and is not disclosed to a third party unless required by law.

Orders

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you upon checkout. You must provide contact information such as name, email, and address. 

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. 

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email, in accordance with your wishes.

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies or log files, to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile.

Warning: Disclosing personally identifiable information online through Chat Rooms, Forums, and Message Boards makes the information submitted public information; such disclosure may increase your chance of receiving “spam” or unsolicited email.  Please be extra careful and use your discretion when disclosing information online.

Content

SRC contains two types of content:

1. “SRC’s Own Content” means information entered into SRC by authorized representatives of SRC.
2. “Other Content” means any other information entered into SRC by Users or other persons.

The User grants to SRC the non-exclusive right to use all material entered into SRC by the User (other than third-party material transmitted through private electronic mail) in any of SRC’s electronic publications.

Users entering material into SRC are responsible for the content of that material. SRC has no responsibility for Other Content, including the content of any messages or information posted by Users or others, or for the content of information accessible via direct or indirect hyperlinks from SRC. However, SRC retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit, or delete Other Content which SRC deems to be illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not input or distribute any material through SRC that is promotional in nature, including solicitations for funds or business, without the prior authorization of SRC.

General
