By downloading and using these products, you are entering into a contract with the designer and agree to abide by the following:

All copyrights to artwork are retained by the original creator, Gina Maria. All graphic images are copyrighted by Gina Maria of Scrapbooking Resource Center with all rights reserved. Scrapbooking Resource Center graphic images are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

YOU MAY:

You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications so long as credit or a link i.e. scrapbookingresourcecenter.com, is given to Gina Maria. This includes any graphics that have been altered.

You may alter any graphics with respect to color or size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).

You may use these products to produce projects in a Scrap-For-Hire (S4H) business, as long as the final product released to the customer is a flattened JPG file or print. You do not need to acquire any documented permission for this specific use.

YOU MAY NOT:

You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

You may not make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects without documented permission by Gina Maria of scrapbooking Resource Center; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income besides S4H. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others such as online collections or CD ROM’s.

You may not use any graphic(s) from this site to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content from this site for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
Scrapbooking Resource Center is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the Scrapbooking Resource Center products.
